Pacifica has extensive experience in sustainable development, conservation, and restoration.  Pacifica offers a hollistic systems approach to sustainability to ensure that each service provided is right for the project, our community, and the environment.

Pacifica has demonstrated our commitment to environmental sustainability on each of our projects; from our award winning Historic Context Statement for the Los Angeles Unified School District, which provides the second-largest school district in the nation a roadmap for preserving its wealth of historic facilities, to the innovative El Monte Operable Unit (EMOU) Treatment System and Conveyance Network, which addresses a dissolved chlorinated plume for the eastern shallow and southern deep groundwater portions of the San Gabriel Valley EPA’s National Priority List Site.

Pacifica’s experienced personnel holds the industry’s leading credentials, which includes Certified Energy Managers (CEM), LEED Accredited Professionals in multiple specialties, such as Building Design and Construction and Green Associate and Qualified SWPPP Developers and Practitioners.
