Pacifica utilizes an interdisciplinary approach to program management to deliver strategic, innovative, and responsive solutions. We works in collaborative partnerships with our clients to ensure successful project delivery throughout its various phases – conception, construction, and occupancy.

Pacifica offers comprehensive program management services that include site selection analysis, design, master planning, accounting and cost management, estimating, scheduling, risk and quality management, contract administration, project controls, cost management, energy conservation, and environmental compliance.

Construction Management

Pacifica is a recognized industry leader in providing construction and project management services from project conceptualization through construction closeout. Pacifica has provided construction and project management services to multi-billion dollar projects in diverse markets and has a well-established history in ensuring project schedule, budget, and quality parameters are met successfully.

In our role as construction and project managers, our dedicated and experienced professionals work to proactively address potential issues that may impact successful project delivery by implementing best practices, technological innovations, and lessons learned.

QA/QC and Inspections

Pacifica offers inspection services throughout the entire project lifecycle, providing ongoing daily monitoring reports to final job site walk-throughs for as-builts. Our inspectors; expertise, experience and knowledge of regulations, procedures and potential hazards enable us to ensure that projects meet quality standards and are in compliance with all types of complex construction projects, governed by Federal Regulations, public municipalities, Department of Health Care Access and Information (fka OSHPD) and DSA.

Labor
Compliance

Pacifica’s labor compliance services are centered on collaborating with the Contractor to achieve a shared goal—the successful administration and completion of projects. We focus on three key components to ensure successful compliance monitoring: Compliance Monitoring, Contractor Education and Training and Compliance Monitoring and Oversight.

Environmental and Sustainability

Pacifica embraces our responsibility as global citizens and is committed to providing our clients comprehensive, innovative, and sustainable solutions. Through the integration of sustainable practices in our daily operations, we incorporate fundamental principles of sustainability in all components of our projects and assesses environmental impacts throughout all phases of project delivery. We bring extensive experience in sustainable development, conservation, and restoration, with expertise preparing and implementing planning and permitting documents as well as providing construction support to proactively solve issues in the field and ensure that construction schedules are met.
