Electric Bus Charging Station – Anaheim, CA

This is the new $7 million construction of a 545kW solar canopy and charting station for 46 electric buses. This charging station serves the Anaheim Regional Transportation system, which includes 82 buses on 20 routes.

Pacifica provided labor compliance monitoring on the project, including performing site visits and supporting the contractor and Anaheim Transportation Network to ensure that all funding and legal requirements are met.

The project scope originally contained significant additional scope, and Pacifica’s labor compliance team set up the labor compliance project, including LCPtracker using the original scope and associated budget. The scope was greatly reduced, requiring the team to rework our approach to the project and reduce our fee proposal to match the smaller project.
