Student Services Center & Administration Building at Los Angeles Mission College – Sylmar, CA
The new three-story Student Services Center & Administration Building consolidates fourteen departments previously housed throughout the campus. The 59,000 sf building is located along Eldridge Avenue and provides a gateway onto campus. The first floor includes Admissions & Records, Financial Aid and Student Success offices, with an additional six student services departments located on the second floor.
The building is designed to LEED Gold standards and features drought-tolerant landscaping, a green roof, polished concrete floors and 66 kWh of solar panels.
