The current building housing UCR’s business school programs is Anderson Hall, an historic 1917 Mission-style building, which was built as the Citrus Experiment Station for state-funded agricultural research. The program has outgrown Anderson Hall, which does not have the capacity to meet the needs of students, faculty, staff, and administrators.

The new 63,400 sf School of Business building complex will be a flagship facility, serving as the permanent home for the School of Business at UC Riverside. The building will complement the School of Business’ existing space program and fully address enrollment-driven needs. The building will include a large auditorium, two large, tiered classrooms, a computer/finance lab, a multipurpose room and adjacent lobby. Additional spaces include a boardroom and multiple conference rooms, study spaces for students, teaching assistant group meeting rooms, student lounges, faculty offices, and office suites for staff and administrators.

The building is slated to open in Fall 2024.
